Thank you for your purchase from Planet CBD. We appreciate your business. If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please see the full details below regarding our return
policy and process.

Policy Details
You can return your item 2 days from the date you received it.
Items that can’t be returned include: CBD/Delta 8 & 9 Edibles, CBD/Delta 8 Tinctures,
Creams/balms/salves, Vape carts & disposables, Skincare
For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with: Proof of purchase, make sure item is in
original packaging and unopened.
Shipping Fees
You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Planet CBD strongly
recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
Restocking Fees
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25%.
Process Details
To return your purchase from Planet CBD, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible,
along with Proof of purchase. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Planet CBD will process your
return. Please allow at least 1 weeks to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to
appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Planet CBD will notify
you by email when your return has been processed.
